A./ We carried out a comprehensive site study with the aim of thoroughly understanding its context and development potential. We conducted a detailed analysis of the target market for the product or service categories offered, evaluating their viability and projection. This analysis included key sociodemographic variables such as age, socioeconomic level, population density, and residential dynamic.
In addition, we examined the area’s accessibility, considering its road connectivity, the availability of public and private transportation systems, and travel times from different parts of the city. We also studied the local population’s consumption habits, identifying behavioral patterns that influence purchasing decisions. Finally, we included a review of ongoing or planned urban mobility projects in order to anticipate changes in the sector’s dynamics and leverage future opportunities.
