At La Grosera, we don’t believe in being politically correct or serving timid portions. We make desserts that break the rules, desserts that shout with flavor and presence. Our New York Cookies, Brownies, and Blondies are as big as our attitude: bold, generous, and made with real, carefully selected ingredients. Here, there’s no guilt, only well-crafted pleasure.
We bake like we speak uncomfortable truths: without fear. At La Grosera, we bake conviction, character, and a touch of chaos. Because if something is done this well, the least it can do is offend.
