On October 28, 2016, the first mall was inaugurated in Montería, marking a milestone in the commercial development of the intermediate city with the greatest projection in Colombia. This strategic step responded to the sustained growth of the region and the potential for urban and economic expansion that characterizes Montería. Driven by this success, new projects will soon begin in key cities such as Barranquilla, Rionegro, Medellín, and Bogotá, thus consolidating a vision of national development that connects innovation, growth, and quality of life.
